Terrible customer service!! Zero star review if I could give zero. I had chartered them many months in advance. They had "equipment issues" on the day of the flight and stranded my party of 6 in the Bahamas. I had to scramble for extra night lodging and to find an alternative way home to Merritt Island. They offered to only refund my money, but not pick up any costs that I incurred due to their issues. I had wired them the money for the flight about a month in advance. And then when they went to refund my money they wanted to charge me $30 for a wiring fee to get my money back. Be VERY cautious if you're thinking about using them. I recently booked a flight for a client and friend of mine to visit some properties in Florida. His travel time round trip by car would have been approx 16 hours. Buzz Airlines helped cut that trip by over half and was amazing from start to finish coordinating it all! A huge thank you to Edgar and the pilot Matthew Tibbetts was amazing! 11/10 would recommend! First time flying with buzz air and we had a great experience. Edgar did a fanatic job of arranging our flights and was extremely professional and friendly. The pilots did a great job getting us to our destination safely and the flight was super smooth. The blankets on the way home and the snacks on the plane were a nice touch!
